What We DO

Our Mission

is to provide a variety of interactive music ensembles (folk , jazz and rock bands) to promote healing, improve quality of life and bring joy to seniors with or without Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, PTSD, traumatic brain injury and other neurological disorders.

Our band performs across Newport and the Rhode Island area.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) Non Profit and a Tax Exempt Corporation

LAM JAM

LAM= List Academy of Music, (a nonprofit, 501-c-3 org). Our Mission is to provide a variety of interactive music ensembles (inclusive of rock, country, blues & reggae bands) to promote healing, improve quality of life & bring joy to seniors with or without Alzheimer’s, dementia, PTSD, Parkinson’s, traumatic brain injury and all neurological disorders.

LAM, by personal invite, will invite Newport community adult musical members/guests to our home once a week to play all types of music! We Love to see Bands sprout up all over Aquidneck Island  from our circle of LAM Jam group of musicians- This is Music to our ears!!!We are expanding out into the community


NOW you can catch us at places like:


St. Johns Church on Tuesday nights (we start at 5) as the
WARMUP band to
St. Johns Music on The Lawn Series starts @ 6.

Catch us Wednesdays at the
Newport Playhouse Cabaret and Restaurant this September
